Embryo Transfer Success Rates
Success rates in embryo transfer primarily depend on the quality of the embryo itself. Therefore, we carefully monitor every detail and conduct thorough examinations of both the surrogate and the egg/sperm donors. Success rates largely rely on the age of the egg provider, as a woman’s ovarian reserve and egg quality decrease with age. We meticulously select our egg donors to maximize success rates and minimize the risks associated with low-quality eggs. Embryo transfer success rates are also influenced by PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy), which determines whether the embryo has the correct number of chromosomes. PGT-A can also be used to determine the sex of the embryo and is nearly 99% accurate. Additionally, PGT-M (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Disorders) checks embryos for single-gene disorders that can be passed from one or both parents to the child. Preimplantation genetic testing significantly reduces the risks of health issues associated with mutations, hereditary diseases, or chromosomal abnormalities, thus increasing the success rates of embryo transfer. As a result, we closely monitor each embryo through PGTs, and only after thorough evaluation do we transfer it into the surrogate’s uterus. This approach enhances our success rates and promotes smooth, uncomplicated pregnancies.
Our Statistics
Statistics show that individuals using our services achieve success rates of 75-85% when using donated eggs. In contrast, if you choose to use your own self-cycled eggs, the chances of successful pregnancy decrease somewhat, with our data indicating success rates between 40-55%. It's important to remember that many factors contribute to the lower success rates associated with self-cycled eggs. The most significant factor is the intended mother’s age, as younger age typically correlates with higher egg vitality and, consequently, better chances of success. However, other factors can also influence the odds of successful fertilization, such as proper nutrition, regular exercise, and the avoidance of harmful substances, all of which can positively impact surrogacy success rates.
